The delegation, led by the Honorable William Jefferson Clinton, 42nd President of the United States of America, underscores the United States’ unwavering commitment to honoring the memory of the victims and standing in solidarity with the survivors of one of the darkest chapters in human history.
The significance of Kwibuka 30 cannot be overstated. It marks three decades since the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi, a tragic period during which an estimated over one million Tutsis were brutally killed in a span of just 100 days.
