Uko waha ubutabazi bw’ibanze umuntu wakomeretse

Mu buzima bwa muntu bwa buri munsi, gukomereka ni ibintu bishobora kubaho isaha ku isaha, haba ku kazi, mu ngendo n’ibindi.

Iyo umuntu akomeretse, hari igihe agera kwa muganga yatakaje amaraso menshi nyamara ari ibintu byashoboraga kugira icyo bikorwaho, akaba yahawe ubutabazi bw’ibanze.

Dr. Habineza akomeza avuga ko hari ibikomere biri hejuru ku ruhu rw’umuntu bishobora gutuma umuntu ava amaraso mu buryo bworoshye.

Ati “Hari igihe ikintu gishobora kugukobora cyangwa kikagukataho gatoya, hari ikintu gishobora gusa n’ikigukubise ntihagire amaraso ava ariko hakabyimbirwa. Nk’icyuma cyangwa ikindi kintu gisongoye kigira ibintu byangiriza bitewe n’ibyo cyagezeho kinjiramo imbere. Hari ibikomere bijyanye n’imvune; iyo byarenze imyama yoroheje bikagera no ku magufa, ibyo na byo bitera kuva cyane.”

Dr. Habineza avuga ko uretse ibyo, hari n’ibikomere bishobora kubuza umuntu guhumeka nko kuba yakomereka ku mutwe ku buryo n’ubwonko bushobora kugira ikibazo, cyangwa se agakomereza mu myanya y’ubuhumekero nko mu mazuru aho imyanya y’ubuhumekero itangirira.

Ati “Umuntu ashobora kandi gukomereka ku mutima, mu gatuza ku buryo igisebe gishobora kugera ku bihaha. Ahandi yakomereka ni mu muhogo.”

Ku byerekeye kuva, avuga ko umuntu ava cyane bitewe n’imitsi yakomeretse.

Dr. Habineza avuga ko mu gihe umuntu atabasha guhumeka, ushobora kureba neza aho imyanya y’ubuhumekero itangirira, haba mu kanwa cg mu zuru,  ko nta kintu gishobora kuba cyinjiyemo, cyangwa icyo yamize ariko kikanga kugenda, gishobora kumubuza guhumeka.

Igihe ngo ntacyo usanzemo kibimubuza, ushobora kureba niba imyanya y’ubuhumekero ifunguye, ariko ukirinda kumunyeganyeza cyane kugira ngo utagira ibindi wangiriza.

Ati “Mu gihe ubonye ko adahumeka, hari uburyo ushobora kuzamura akananwa kugira ngo mu ijosi harambuke, abe yabasha guhumeka, n’ururimi rutaba rwabasha gufunga inzira z’ubuhumekero. Ni byiza kuba wareba niba agatuza kazamuka, ukareba ko abasha kwinjiza umwuka.”

Iyo umaze kureba ko imyanya yose ifunguye, hari uburyo ushobora gukoresha umwongerera umwuka.

Dr. Habineza avuga ko kuva bishobora kuba bikomeye cyane, aho igikomere gishobora gucukuka, cyangwa kikaba kinini, cyangwa cyageze ku mitsi minini. Icyo gihe umuntu ashobora kuva amaraso cyane, akaba yagira n’ibindi bimenyetso bigaragaza umuntu watakaje amaraso.

Iyo umuntu yavuye cyane ashobora; guta ubwenge, kubira icyuya cyinshi, kugira isereri, uruhu rushobora guhindura isura hakabaho kweruruka kuko amaraso aba ari kugenda ashira.

Mu gihe umuntu ari kuva bidakabije, Dr. Habineza avuga ko icyo ugomba gukora ari ugukanda aho ayo maraso ari kuva. Ati “Ariko icyo wakora cyose uba ugomba kugira isuku kuko iyo itubahirijwe, bishobora guteza izindi ngaruka.”

Dr. Habineza avuga ko hari amwe mu makossa akunze gukorwa n’abantu igihe bari kugerageza gutanga ubutabazi bw’ibanze harimo; kutabasha kumenya ko umuntu ari guhumeka ndetse avuga ko aricyo kintu cya mbere k’ibanze.

Hari kandi kuba abantu batazi gukanda ahari igisebe (pressure) cg ahari kuva bagasa nkaho babuze icyo gukora.

Ati “Hari igihe n’ababigerageje bashobora gukoresha ibikoresho bidafite isuku, hari ukuba bashyiramo ibyatsi, ibumba, kimwe n’uko hari n’abashyiramo amase. Kutajya kwa muganga cg kutamenya uko bahamagara kwa muganga bakaba bategereza kandi bishobora kuviramo uwagize igikomere ibibazo.”
